Another apology. This time to say that this rule change is not yet approved by IRSA and so that means that its validity is still not in place. A request for approval is going to IRSA momentarily and it is hoped the outcome will be known shortly after that.

It is conceivable that the exact wording may change before that approval is final.

A mix up in communication is the cause of this premature issuing of the change.

Hopefully not much longer until we have resolution.
